“Was I nervous to start, yes...but I should NOT have been. Kelly and Zach not only make you feel welcome, they take the time to make sure that they know what you can and cannot do and adjust the "scale" accordingly. They focus on safety and learning the correct and safe way to do what the workout requires. I am 55, I have been officially attending 3 classes per week for the last month and can already understand the importance of the "functional fitness" aspect of CrossFit. There are people of all ages, all skill level and it is fun...hard work but fun. I am already doing/learning things I never imagined I would be doing. I highly recommend CrossFit Merak. Great coaches, great people, if you are nervous to get started...don't be... you will be happy you did it. :-)”
