I recently worked with Cynthia from Dr. Akapalo's office, and I have to say that despite some past difficulties with the office, Cynthia was extremely helpful in trying to get my mom an authorization to see a specialist. She was professional and courteous, and her customer service skills were excellent. Cynthia went out of her way to try to resolve our issue.
