She pd first month to reserve it but now that its due they auto drafted her account on due date. Ive left msgs & no callback yet to get this in my name. Reviews say customer service is good so we'll see how it goes. I may change my rating. FOLLOW UP...Greg did get in touch with me and my billing account was resolved. No problems. Greg is a super nice guy and I'm still using the units. I forgot to mention that he didn't have the size I needed available at the time I rented but instead let me have 2 slightly smaller units for the same price as the large one, so I actually have more space. Overnight parking on the street in front of the facility in the center lane( there is a posted signs) . Small Thorntons truck stop 1 mile away, but with 10 parking spots for semi trucks.”
