“Great local chain to get a cup of coffee. Things you should know: I. PARKING Black Press is within a plaza and shares a free parking lot with adjacent businesses. Easy. II. SERVICE Polite and friendly. I like that they have sugar free syrup options and that they do latte art here. Also, they conveniently have outlets everywhere so you camp out and work on your laptop. III. QUALITY Don't judge a book by it's cover. Although the plaza is old, Black Press did such a wonderful job renovating the interior of the cafe. Also, the lattes and cappuccinos taste pretty good ~ I can vouch for those. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating on a weekday around noon”

“Hidden gem! This place has incredible bagels that are made fresh each morning and they have house made cream cheese. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and specialty drinks as well as smoothies. It isn't that it was poorly made, it was made well, it's just that it isn't Starbucks best beverage. It's like they took a regular, standard coffee Frappucino and just added whip to the bottom (as well as what was already on the top) and strawberry goo around the outside. So... It's the flavor of coffee and strawberry. Not exactly the best combination. It would have been so so good with the vanilla bean Frappucino as a base. This Starbucks specifically? All the stars. This drink? I recommend a hard pass.”

The staff here stand true to what made Starbucks famous, the friendly, attentive, personal customer service that makes you want to keep coming back. To be honest, Starbucks coffee is not my favorite coffee in the world (althought their nitro cold brew is perfect). But the staff here keep me coming back because they always provide a consistent product, whereas other Starbucks tend to vary. They know their customers by name and you're sure to laugh when Sam is at the register. Sabrina, Brandon, and Chloe especially provide top notch service. Too many great baristas to name! “The food has been consistently good and coffee is heads and shoulders better than any other fast food place. I dare say better than Starbucks if you're going just regular coffee. The Pizza's taste amazing, many of the sandwiches are great, and pastries are always fresh. You will pay restaurant level pricing at times, and whether it's worth it or not is up to you. I enjoy my free Coffee from my coffee membership and a bagel here and there so it's perfectly acceptable and affordable for me. The staff members know me as a regular, and the vibe here is very positive. They've always been friendly. This specific store has always been a fun place to come back to. Note on the recent reviews with the negative customer service. I always show up in the morning time. So I can speak for the morning / early lunch crew. Dinner crew I have no idea 🤷🏽.”
