“The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever. This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.”

It means so much to her that our daughter feels like SOR is part of her family. She is thrilled to go sing each week and work on her vocals. She loves being on stage and has the opportunity to gain confidence doing this. As a parent, they have definitely listened to my input and valued it and never neglected anything we have discussed. If your child has ANY musical inclination, then you MUST enroll them in this program. They will prosper because Savoya and her team are amazing and truly value their clients and treat them as family. “We’ve had such an amazing experience here! We recently made these 2 beautiful works of art for a Father’s Day gift and gift for Grandma. I have 4 small kids all under the age of 7 and the staff was so friendly and accommodating and made the whole experience easy and FUN! My kids loved it and can’t wait to come back and make more things. The girls that work here are so sweet and helpful. “Stopped by when passing through heading back to Arkansas. I asked the employee taking my order to give me what she would order, and I ended up with a mocha swirl iced coffee, which tastes delicious! (Thank you ma'am!) One of the men working appeared to maybe be new there, but I could tell he was doing his best, and I understand it takes a little time to learn everything at a relatively new job! He was still helpful to me and the friendly smiles him and the other employee gave me just made my day!
