“Just like any first time delivery, finding out where to check in and unload is the most difficult. After that, it is a very simple and straightforward process for a bulk unload. My only issue has been employees parking their personal vehicles in the area designated for bulk unload. I usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for the employees to be notified and move their vehicles so I can position the trailer and hook up to the silo. Aside from that, everything else is great. The area is easy to navigate, check in and check out is fast, and they offer visitor restrooms in close proximity.”

“Has a lot of space for overnight parking. Their website says they open 8am but they usually come around 6:30-7am. They’re kinda strict for appointment times but u can still give it a try. Had appointment at 9am and got offloaded 9:30am. Fast unloading”

“Appointment was at 07:30PM and I arrived at 04:00PM, they checked me in and got me a door but I wasn't loaded until 07:45PM, the were done at 09:00PM. The check in process is quite fast. You need to text a phone number and they'll send you a link that you need to fill up. If you're getting loaded, once they're done you need to stop by the scale. It weighs each axle which was really nice. Not bad at all, it would've been nicer if I got loaded right away haha. No complains really, plenty of space for backing, very nice people.”

“Austin and the Cooks Towing team are amazing! Wisconsin family here, and we were stranded on the highway with 2 small kids at 4am while passing through town. Austin was on location within 15 minutes of making the call. Not only was he extremely prompt in his response he was also very professional and helpful. Being out-of -towners , we had no idea where to go to get our car fixed. Austin gave us multiple close and quality options for us to easily fix our car as well as offered us a safe ride there as well. We are forever grateful for Austin and the Cooks Towing & Recovery service and highly recommend them!”

“It says General Mills then has a lane for Americold. I got here at 10 pm for a 2am appointment. Got me in a door right away. I was loaded by 11:30pm. I am about to park in the lot for a few hours rest. They have a restroom and snack machines. The is a Blue Beacon and a TA and Thornton’s in Antioch, TN. I went to the TA in Nashville, TN about 30 minutes away. You can walk to downtown Nashville and get some good food. I would definitely come back to load up here. Every staff member I came in contact with here was very nice.”
