“I recently had a defect with the headrest in my Tesla. Unfortunately I was a week out of warranty and didn't want to pay the high cost of replacing the entire headrest. I called the round to many places and the only one that answered my call and was confident that they could fix my issue was Sew Unique. Juan inspected the headrest and is very knowledgeable with auto upholstery and specifically Tesla's. Their workmanship is top notch and they reupholstered the headrest and had it back to me the next day. If I ever have any other issues with upholstery in our Tesla's I now know where to go. I included a before and after photo. Hope this helps others running into the same issue I ran into with our headrest. Thanks!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Greg. We were traveling through on our way to Atlanta when we broke down in a box truck. Greg stayed late to assess the damages, worked late, came in early the next morning to get us going as soon as possible. He did all of that at more than a reasonable price. When he found out that we had been taken advantage of from the towing company(Johnnys/priority towing definately do not reccomend) he called them and used his buisness leverage to help us out there.
