“Adam, the owner of Mazunte Roofing, is SO knowledgeable, thorough, and professional!!! I have had my roof supposedly "fixed" by other roofers multiple times in the same locations on my roof. The leaks ALWAYS seemed to return. Adam is the ONLY one who has been able to PROPERLY diagnose AND FIX the issues. I have an older historical home with some steep areas as well as some nooks and crannies. Adam and his AMAZING team have found and shown me the incorrect repairs the previous roofers did and they FIXED my roof PROPERLY!!! He sends me before and after pictures of the areas that needed and were repaired. They also THOROUGHLY cleaned up any scraps when they were finished. Mazunte Roofing is affordable and he takes enough time to evaluate his work when completed to make sure your roof is fixed right. There are no surprise costs when he is done. “After a bad storm in August 2021 we had to file a claim through USAA. A few days later Jorge came for the inspection and answered any question I could think of! After the inspection was approved, we had another meeting with Jorge to iron out details. This company had recently undergone a total staff and crew replacement. Every step of the way Jorge made sure to keep us in the loop. When the incorrect chimney cover came I was called and immediately told the expected delivery day. Which wasn't bad at all, like 2 days. Michelle periodically checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Didn't catch the names of our crew. They were both friendly and did a wonderful job! Came home the 2nd day to find our dog escaped, however, they caught and kept an eye on her. The roof looks amazing!”

Of course, this process took a little time and patience to get completed, but Edwards Roofing will honor the job and do you right as a customer if you stick with them and be reasonable.
