Apex Restoration DKI - Springfield

After a bad storm in August 2021 we had to file a claim through USAA. A few days later Jorge came for the inspection and answered any question I could think of! After the inspection was approved, we had another meeting with Jorge to iron out details. This company had recently undergone a total staff and crew replacement. Every step of the way Jorge made sure to keep us in the loop. When the incorrect chimney cover came I was called and immediately told the expected delivery day. Which wasn't bad at all, like 2 days. Michelle periodically checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Didn't catch the names of our crew. They were both friendly and did a wonderful job! Came home the 2nd day to find our dog escaped, however, they caught and kept an eye on her. The roof looks amazing!

Correction- floor buckled even worse 2 days later as they put the old wet pad back down. They've already been paid by USAA and one month later we're still waiting for our floor to be fixed. DO NOT USE APEX

Rick was very personable, on time, always called prior to arrival with an eta, and extremely professional. Would highly recommend him and his team!!
