I mostly did fully adhered EPDM when I was there and they used Carlisle products (Carlisle is like the BMW or Mercedes of commercial roofs)and only performed the 20 year details instead of 10 year details. Just off I-35 and very close to amenities: restaurants and other places. Although it's still more convenient (and safer) to drive instead of walking.”
