“So my daughter broke a string on her tennis racket on a Saturday evening and had a match on Sunday early afternoon. We realized this location would string and had a good selection of synthetic/poly. I called and spoke to Austin, the store manager. Amazing young man! Professional, kind and most patient employee. I ended up having to call several times and he was always happy to hear from me. He offered to let me come in before the store even opened on Sunday morning as well as see if his stringer, Justin, was willing to come in early too. They both were so happy to accommodate and very knowledgeable in matching, as closely as possible, all the details of the string we usually purchase in a specialty shop.
