“Hardly any wait time at all! The check-in process was very quick and very easy! The front office , nurses, and doctor that saw me were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The office was very clean which is very important during these times right now! I will definitely come back now that I'm an established patient and look forward to seeing them again. The only thing that I would like to see changed is please merge the urgent Care with the regular St Thomas doctors offices so that they can share info and easily get medical charts so they are aware of any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that a patient is taking.”

“My wife entered Curahealth on May 8 and left on July 28, 2020. During that extended time many things occurred, as one could expect with someone who had suffered a "significant brain bleed". During that entire time the staff was efficient and courteous including the CEO who called me late one evening. Case manager Kelly Dunn was available day or night. “All of you complaining about them being short staffed. Not sure if you're paying attention, but TONS of company's are SHORT STAFFED. People are not applying for jobs. The few people that do apply, more often THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK, but they want to be paid. There is a product and service shortage across the USA. I don't work for WF and I know it's not fun when you have to wait forever, but this is our reality everywhere right now. Fast food, restaurants, banks, grocery stores. People call out left and right too. Thanks for your future understanding with all companies :) until things get better. Which who knows when that'll be.”

“I recently had arthroscopic surgery on my knee. Everyone involved, starting with me checking in through my surgery and recovery, were phenomenal. I was kept informed of everything that was going on throughout. Every person I came in contact with was concerned that I was doing ok. Dr. Baxter is an exceptional doctor. From meeting him for my diagnosis to the surgery, he was professional, honest and informative. After surgery I was on my feet and walking in a couple of days. Overall it was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had.”

“I was sent here in the adolescent psych sometime around Feburary of 2019. I don't honestly remember much about staying in here other than it being a daycare version of prison. Staff helped as expected, but the energy and vibe being in here for almost 5 days was hard to wash off of my memory. Nonetheless, wasn't a terrible place, actually made good times/friends with some of the people there, even a little bit of fun, though it was boring. Since i haven't been there for a solid year, i can't say much if everything else, from staff and treatment, has been the same. Overall, i had an okay experience there.”
