Love the manager at the front desk who made it easy to use our complimentary birthday pass. They make checking in easy and all of the activities are colorful. My kids are loving it! The music is the icing on the cake and plenty of places for parents to chill. Married couples, bring your family because it is a date within bringing your kids here. She made everything so easy, and detailed. Our honeymoon was in the Maldives and with it being on the other side of the world was not an easy place to get to. She coordinated all of our flights, day room hotel for layover, sea planes so we were able to travel stress-free. The resort she recommended and booked us at was absolutely perfect! Each step of the process was easily navigated. Mitchell was incredible. I am especially thankful for their support during rescheduling our COVID affected date. We never had to wonder if our caterer was going to show up, which I can’t say about all the vendors. They were compliant with proper precautions the day of. I don’t think we could have chosen a better caterer. The entire experience was a good one. I only wish I had more room the day of to eat more of their delicious food.”
