He got there at the exact time he said he would arrive. I’m not from here so I was a little worried but he got the job done and went the extra mile with a smile. He even gave me some pointers and safety tips while driving over the road and while he was there we realized my air lines were broken and he assisted me with that because I didn’t have the tools. While all projects seem to take a little longer than we would like - it's important to remember that quality work with quality materials sometimes takes a little longer. Our project manager, Micah, made sure we knew about the timelines and kept us informed of scheduled work. I can't say enough great things about the lead carpenter Chris! The quality and detail of his work was exceptional and his leadership in making sure that the team was working together was key to making this project work. The team, including Amanda who worked closely with Chris, Fowler, Adam and Jordan were a delight. Always on time and ALWAYS cleaned up at the end of the day to assure that the worksite was clean and secure. It's the teamwork that makes a project work well and they are the best! In the central office Brit and Dustin were great. They always responded to my emails requesting clarifications and explanations on documents and billing. Excellent company, quality staff, happy customer! 5 stars!”
