“I had a gift card package for charity event that was about to expire so I finally booked all my appointments here at the salon. I enjoyed a 60 minute massage with your massage therapist and she was amazing! You know it’s good when you fall asleep at some point. Then I got a quick cut shampoo and style. It was done very very well and quickly. The entire place had a really great vibe and you could tell the stylist enjoyed working there. They also have a salt room and other options. I appreciated how everything was in one place and that I could book it in less than a weeks notice. It also doesn’t hurt that there are restaurants and bars in the same shopping area so you can go enjoy a cocktail or two afterwards.”

They never made me feel like just "another addict" they understood that we are all human and make mistakes and sometimes our mental health isn't at its best. They're very confidential and truly make you feel welcome and comfortable. The doctor actually wants to know about you and what you've been thru and are going thru she takes her time and listens and doesn't make you feel rushed or as though you're holding her up. Very welcoming place for anybody suffering from the disease of addiction, they give you the tools and resources necessary to break the vicious cycle of addiction and get/STAY sober. If it wasn't for them being the only place, out of like 10 that I had called, being willing/able to get me in the same day idk where I'd be right now.”

“Latitude 35 has been great so far. Only been going for about a week but made it to a variety of class times. The gym isn't huge, but it's a decent layout, decent equipment, clean, and seems well maintained. The programming has offered good challenges, most days seem to have a strength/skill part and then a metcon. Coaches and members are nice and seem happy to be there. They made it super easy to try it out and sign up. They were clear with what they have and what they offer. There are less classes offered during the day than some other gyms, so not as much flexibility if you don't have a consistent schedule. They also don't have showers if this is something you need.”

It has been a very long time since I've been really comfortable with going to the Doctor's office and Courtney and Alicia ARE the reason I am finally ok with it. They treat me like family and show genuine concern for any issues I'm having. They're both comforting if I am worried about something and are excellent at staying in touch via the portal for any follow up needed. The front desk staff have always been wonderful too. I also have to mention how incredible Mohammed is! OH, and the ladies in the blood room (sorry for my terminology!). I feel extremely blessed to have found Courtney and her team. I know that any time I go to see her or message her, I will be well taken care of and she is so knowledgeable but still able to explain things to me in a way I understand them. “When I moved to SC I was nervous about finding a new gym since I had grown to love my previous gym. I didn’t think I’d be able to find another gym like it. While looking at gyms in the Fort Mill area, Snap Fitness stood out to me right away because it was so fresh, clean, quiet & small. It was already very different from my previous gym, but I think that is why I was so drawn to it. It’s not like other gyms, it’s really special. Nick was there the day I first walked in & introduced himself to me. He didn’t try selling the gym to me like some managers did at other gyms, he was simply kind & answered any of my questions. There was no pressure, just an invitation. I felt at home right away (which is great because I want the gym to feel like a second home). I love the genuine community feel at Snap Fitness. Natalia works at the desk & she is awesome! She always makes sure to greet me with a smile. The team here takes care of all the daily needs before you even make a note of it. I think it speaks to how much they care not just about their business but about their members, their people. They are aware of our needs before we speak them & are ready to take care of us right away. I’m really glad I decided to try something different from what I was used to because Snap in Fort Mill is the best! I’d give it 100 stars if I could. :]”

“I was referred to Select Physical Therapy after seeing a back surgeon about pain in my lower back. He took x-rays and found that I have a degenerative disk in my back around my belt line resulting in a lot of stiffness in my lower back after sitting for long periods or sleeping. I was assigned to Monica Vasquez at Select Physical Therapy. She showed me many exercises for stretching my lower back and for strengthening my core. She said the key for avoiding back pain is was to strengthen the core muscles - abs and lower back muscles. She was very thorough in her treatment, always asking how I was doing when starting a session and after each exercise. She also massaged by back and stretched it when I came to a session in pain. She is so knowledgeable and very kind. Lastly, Select Physical provides each client an area on their website just for them, where the exercises they assign to you are posted. Each exercise is posted as a short video so you can refer back to it to see how the exercise is done. The website is accessible after your therapy has been completed. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.”
