It has been a very long time since I've been really comfortable with going to the Doctor's office and Courtney and Alicia ARE the reason I am finally ok with it. They treat me like family and show genuine concern for any issues I'm having. They're both comforting if I am worried about something and are excellent at staying in touch via the portal for any follow up needed. The front desk staff have always been wonderful too. I also have to mention how incredible Mohammed is! OH, and the ladies in the blood room (sorry for my terminology!). I feel extremely blessed to have found Courtney and her team. I know that any time I go to see her or message her, I will be well taken care of and she is so knowledgeable but still able to explain things to me in a way I understand them. Dr. Kelly realized immediately the care and treatment that I needed ( I call it the Roto-rooter) and he cleaned my sinuses while his nurse patiently held the tissues to get the “gunk” that he got out. “Personally, I am very satisfied with the work of Dr. Frank, he is an excellent Doctor. I had liposuction and tummy tuck and I loved my scar is looking great, my arms are how I want them to look …And I recommend him 💯 he is very professional. and I was in the hotel for 3 days and he come ones a day to check how I was doing. The girls in the office are excellent, all very kind I love it, and whenever I go to my appointments, they treat me very well and the doctor always checks that everything is fine, like a person I can tell he’s a really good person, excellent Doctor, I am going to had a second surgery with him.. Esperanza was in the office when I had my surgery she was in the room with me the date of my surgery, but maybe was her time to leave. In is okay, because they had a really good people there still. “We stayed here when I was in town to visit my friend. Their handicapped accessible room was much better than most. They had 2 beds available. That is very helpful as I was traveling with my son. A lot of hotels only offer a king room and almost no one has roll away beds anymore, so that makes trips very difficult. The beds were a little high, but there was clearance underneath, so I could be put in bed with the lift. I was very impressed with their shower situation. It was a big shower, with a solid shower chair in it. I have been sent to "handicapped accessible" rooms with a piece of plastic over a tub as your "bench". In my opinion tubs all together should be dropped as a handicapped accessible alternative. It is helpful for wheelchair bound individuals. A lot of people that are not wheelchair bound have very limited mobility. Why make it harder. We have enough to deal with. We got here later than I would have liked, so we didn't get to do the pool, but they did have a pool lift. Anything that makes handicapped people feel comfortable is a helpful plus. Life is hard enough.”
