“I had some hydraulic hoses made and 1 of the 4 leaked. I returned a few weeks later with the hose - which has no visible signs of a problem - and asked if anything could be done. We discussed the course of events and a refund was given. I would have understood if they were less than understanding, they didn’t install it - but the customer support was great. A+ 021519 - went in for parts and was surprised that they had the unusual parts I needed for an old mower in stock! Great parts department.”
