“I had a great service experience at Hillview motors. Service Advisor, Matt Kovalsky, is a true professional! Prior to taking my Wrangler to Hillview, I had it at another dealer 3 times for the same problem and they couldn't fix it. Within minutes of taking my Jeep to Hillview, Matt located a service bulletin that matched the symptoms I had been experiencing. Literally, it only took him a couple of minutes to find the service bulletin. The previous dealer told me they couldn't find any bulletins related to my problem. After Matt confirmed the diagnosis with their mechanic, he had my part within a few days and now the problem is solved. Excellent service and outstanding communication. I'll be buying my next Jeep at Hillview for sure.”

“Great shop and excellent customer service. I found a puncture in my tire and tried to find a place that could order me a new tire so I could travel home to Ohio. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so I had no way to determine if it was a fixable puncture or a non-fixable sidewall issue. Tire Rack had my tire on backorder until Sept, and a lot of the bigger shops in the area couldn’t even order it. Did a quick Google search and found West Point Auto Works. Rob at West Point Auto Works was able to order my tire, get it shipped in only 2 days, and then squeezed me in without an appointment to get me fixed up and on my way home. They were even able to repair the punctured tire instead of replacing with a new tire, so now I have a brand new tire for when I need them replaced. Good to have considering the scarcity of this tire. They also have a touchless tire mounter, which did not scratch my forged wheels. Would recommend West Point Auto Works to anyone. “I needed my starter replaced. I spent a while on the phone calling around about a tow and then brick and mortar mechanics.. finally I remembered that Mobile Mechanics are a thing now. WOOHOO! I gave Mike a call. He's incredibly pleasant and easy to get along with. He was patient and with me, that's a huge bonus. I have cognitive problems from brain trauma (which I didn't tell Mike about) and he just let me ramble on and tell my story, listening to me go on about how I just new it was the starter because there was no clicky sound or "whiring". If he thought I was bonkers, he didn't lead on. Mike was prompt and polite. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend hiring Mike for your mechanic needs. While servicing my Cadillac which we turned in as a used car, “Shake” found my money clip under the driver side seat, he immediately called to inform me—when I went to the Service Dept. to retrieve it my cash and credit cards were intact— I offered a tip but “Shake” refused and said “I’m just doing what I’m supposed to do!” Kudos and many thanks to “Shake” for his professionalism and honesty which are in very short supply in this day and age. “A-1 shop. Excellent work repairing a ding in my truck door. It was too close to the edge for paintless dent removal and the paint was punctured. Repair required the door to be partially repainted and the entire door cleared. The end result is flawless. Price paid was very reasonable for the quality of the job. The interior/exterior detail was a bonus. I’m a picky person, and it’s a brand new truck, I have no complaints. I highly recommend Picasso’s Auto Body for anyone looking for a quality service.”

My friend's cars transmission was slipping or so we thought, and with our batting an eye Mrs 66 asked if we needed help, and went in and grabbed Mr. 66 and their employee and they checked and saw that her transmission line was rotted and transmission fluid was literally pouring out of it.
