“I had a wonderful experience at this location. I get very nervous when going to doctors appointments and especially procedures such as the one I had done here. However the staff, nurses and doctors were all incredibly kind, caring and eased my fears immensely. The entire process from check in until discharge was a very smooth and straightforward experience. They really make sure you are comfortable and explain every step of the process. They also take very good care of your family members in the waiting room while you are getting your procedure done. “My boyfriend and I have only had a great experience here. From his emergency dental work to my own fillings and root canal, this office has been nothing but kind and accommodating to our needs. The dentist we were seeing previously in Greensburg basically would not work on my boyfriend as he needed extensive work, and they were very unprofessional towards him. They also missed the fact that I needed cavities filled and a root canal in the year that we were going to see them, and we always felt rushed out of their office and as if they never wanted to do much-needed dental work on us. Katsur welcomed us as new patients and put us on the schedule for appointments immediately to get to work on things that our previous dentist had missed. The office staff are very kind and accommodating; and the hygienists and techs have been awesome taking feedback (going back to fix a previous filling when my bite was not right) and giving advice when asked (explaining procedures in a way we found understandable and telling us exactly what we can do at home to ease pain). The dentist however has been the reason we keep coming back, as she is very honest and straightforward about different procedures, and she makes an effort not to overcharge us for something we don't need. She has been extremely professional and made us both feel comfortable at this office and we are extremely grateful to have gotten our dental work done here. 😃”

“My whole family goes here. I am super picky about dentists because of bad past experiences, but Dr Susang is great. After going to her myself and having a root canal done (which suprisingly wasn't bad at all) I decided she was good enough to bring my kids to as well. It turns out that she is fantastic with children too. Her staff is also the friendliest group that I think I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any Dr. office setting. Overall, I'm just super impressed with everything about this place. I wouldn't change a thing about how they run their practice! Those qualities are hard to find these days.”

“I went for 42 years with a lazy eye that came about from a hard fall when I was 5 years old. I was told by several specialists they couldn’t fix it. There’s a certain stigma when you have a lazy eye. Mine caused severe optic migraines. I was referred to Dr. Hoover by my family optometrist, he said it was a long shot...but the worst that would happen is this miracle worker couldn’t fix my eye. Dr. Hoover examined me and said, “I can fix your eye!” I was scheduled within two weeks for surgery. This man is my hero! It’s been almost six years since my surgery and my eye is still centered and I haven’t had any optic migraines since!”

I must say he had his work cut out for him considering the fact that I'm terrified of dentist and dental work.. he put me at ease answering all my questions and did a fantastic job with placingy veneers . They are perfect ! I absolutely love them and have had multiple complements on how fantastic they look. Everything from my first visit to my last visit has been amazing .
