“4 stars due to Terrific service from the friendly staff; they know three-fourths of customers by name and bend over backwards to kindly aid even the more-common-than-should-be rude/illiterate white trash that wayne county has to offer. Free coffee is also offered from a well-kept Keurig in the lobby area for java enthusiasts. One qualm with the actual bank itself is that they are technologically dated in some aspects. Who requires fees for implementing online/mobile banking?; generally, banks reward customers for downloading/using their app. FYI for non-customers visiting, there is a $10 fee when cashing all checks of $100 or more.”
