“We are so very grateful for Peaceful Pastures. Our two Bichons are laid to rest in this beautiful cemetery. Each time we were there to say our final goodbyes to our babies, the staff was patient, understanding, gentle and kind. When our oldest Bichon was ailing, we discovered Peaceful Pastures and bought two plots together which helped ease the process once the time came for Jasper to cross the rainbow bridge. Our hearts were raw and the staff at Peaceful Pastures was there to help make the process a little less painful. A few weeks ago our little Phoebe-girl passed over the rainbow bridge to meet up with her brother. We miss them both terribly! However, it's comforting to know that our fur-babies are laid to rest next to each other in such a beautiful cemetery. It truly is peaceful. “How do you thank someone for helping you through one of the most difficult times in your life? With the passing of my mother I had no idea how involved and difficult the next few weeks would be. It was as if the death wasn’t enough, but taking care of all the formalities really took it’s toll. Scott and Tina Beinhauer were a Godsend. They were of course efficient and incredibly knowledgeable; but that’s not what made the difference. Their personal attention and care was comforting and very much needed and appreciated. They went beyond what was expected; they reached out and made personal phone calls to me and told me I could call them at any time. Tina even took the time out just to talk with me about everything, and help me make some of the most difficult decisions in my life. I felt compelled to leave this review, as I have rarely been given such incredible personal and heartfelt customer service.
