She is kind, thorough, compassionate, and explains everything to me. Never have I had a problem with the assistants or office staff. Reading some of the bad reviews saddens me, because as a patient they deserved better treatment. Each of us have to be our own advocate; especially when it comes to our health. Proper training is essential & a personality helps!😉 But anyone can have a bad day.”

I usually see Crissy but have talked with Alyssa as well. Both are phenomenal and have been extremely helpful! I haven't met the other counselors (other than a passing hello), but everyone genuinely seems happy to be there and wants to help their clients. I can not recommend them enough if you are looking for a great counselor in the Pittsburgh area.”
