“My Central Air wasnt working, so I went on Google and did a quick search for a local HVAC certified Tech. Mack was at the top of the list. I called left a message and he got back to me quickly. I explained to Mack what the issue was, he was up front about costs, etc. and we set up an appointment the next day. When he arrived he was ready to diagnose the repairs, from the symptoms he knew right away where to check first. As he worked he explained what he was doing and why. He is very transparent. He had the part in stock in the truck ready to go. The repair was made and the system thoroughly tested. While he was there he also volunteered to take a quick look at the heat as well since fall/winter is upon us. He gave the systems a clean bill of health and tips on what to keep an eye on and what maintenance I could do as well. His pricing is fair, and I'm sure there are cheaper guys out there but they typically just throw parts at things until something works. Mack is true technician and has a wealth of knowledge and it shows. Your paying not only for Mack's service and parts but his knowledge. Well worth it and he has a customer for life!”
