“I had never been here before this was my 1st time. How did I decide to give them a try? Well I just found out the place I normally take my car for inspection and minor repairs since moving here 5yrs ago, recently shut down. I was due for inspection so I went online looked for car repair near me that would do inspection and read the reviews. Steve's was I hate to admit this NOW lol????only because other's had more reviews not really better one's, but I'm a woman and I didn't see one review from a woman on their website. When I called a couple of other places 3 to be exact I was a little nervous because I didn't have any kind of customer relationship with any of these places. All 3 that I had called could not get me in for 7-10 day's. I'm thinking??? What's up with that? This has never happened to me ever lol so I decided just to call Steve's n see, thinking they always look so busy when I drive by daily on my way home. But to my surprise they could get me in within 2-3days I decided to make my appointment for 5day's later. Now here's how I feel they definitely deserve all 5 ????'s. Well I didn't think I needed any kind of high $ work to pass inspection because everything seemed good to go in my opinion I even had just put new wipers on cause in the past when repair shops couldn't in my opinion find something wrong to charge me CRAZY $ for they twice unnecessary replaced wipers for $97.00 both times. I was NOT happy as both times I was not informed until picking the car back up. So when Steve's called n said I needed new strut's because of a leak ($500. for all 4 btw) I thought it was a lie. So a very rudely I said NO THANK YOU! Then went to get my car n on the way, I was thinking it was weird he didn't get rude back. He just said ok whatever I wanted to do was fine with him. I arrived an hr. later n they were all busy n one on the phone with a customer asking about pricing on something, n still was just as nice n polite as they all had been when I dropped the car off. So he explained that I had 30days to get the shocks replaced wherever or however I wanted and they would then put the stickers on n then charged me only for the inspection n to my surprise it was the cheapest I have ever been charged where I was previously going. Come to find out not only was he so kind n polite when talking to me but he was also HONEST n didn't over charge me for anything. I then thought he was probably telling me the truth n the work needed to be done so I checked n even Google agreed. I felt like Steve's Transmission Inc. definitely earned my business so I choose in the end to have them also do the repairs so I made another appointment n had it done a few days later. Just get my car back yesterday n drove about 4hrs now. I can definitely tell a difference from before the repairs. I have no regrets glad things worked out. I will definitely choose to get any future repairs done here n when I return to work Monday I will be telling all the girl's there to bring their cars here too..... Thank you for the GREAT experience. I really appreciate your honesty. WITHOUT QUESTION I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND????”
