“Update: Something changed at Village Pharmacy a while back. I'm not sure if they replaced staff but it's been a different experience for a while now. Everyone is pleasant and nice in recent history and I've no qualms going here now to fill prescriptions. I've been to Village Pharmacy and called on a number of occasions. Every time I go here or call in, the people that I deal with have poor attitudes and make it seem like I'm inconveniencing them for doing their jobs. The staff desperately need to do something to increase their moral so they're not so incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Just because you guys are the only pharmacy in the area doesn't mean that people won't drive a few more miles to deal with more pleasurable people.”

I can't tell you how many time I have issues with my insurance and my medication and the pharmacist here always goes the extra mile for me and the techs are always so friendly and remember me every month when I come in to get my medicine. There are numerous pharmacies closer to my home but for years I keep going to this one cause I know I will be treated well and taken care of.”
