The Hometown Pharmacy

So this review is for the one on State street inside the Sparkles grocery store. I went for my Covid 19 vaccine and had the best costumer service experience by the pharmacist Bob and everyone else there. At first I had trouble finding it but they were so helpful and accommodating in helping me out. They called ahead to get the insurance part out of the way to reduce the wait time. They were able to get me in right away and seem to really care about the job they are doing. My only regret is that I live over an hour away so can’t really use them on a regular basis but if you live in the area, I highly recommend them.

Consistently fast, personal service that doesn’t exist anywhere else I’ve used. They still proactively call for refills and cover the fine details like pharmacies used to.

I have gone to this pharmacy for years. With new insurance coverage (yes i do pay for insurance) I was TOLD i had to go to CVS..this was a constant headache, with my insurance i do pay a little bit more to go to this pharmacy BUT they are pleasant and very helpful from the pharmacist to the pharmacy techs...i will pay more and have great customer service compared to CVS PHARMACY in this town and be treated the way i was...KUDOs to Hometown Pharmacy and its staff...thanks for outstanding customer service!!!

This place is awesome. Zach is the best thing since sliced bread.
