“This place has the SWEETEST people working here. I came in expecting to pretty much take care of myself but these workers went above and beyond. They checked on us twice at the table. Plenty of space between tables. While I was getting my drink and wonderful woman (Ashley I think) handed us our lids and straws simply as she was stocking and didn’t even need to. I stopped in this morning for an orange creamsicle smoothie and was greeted by Kim and the other staff. When I say some of the nicest people ever, they really are. The smoothie was super flavorful despite it's low amount of very natural ingredients. I can't wait to return and try more of their extensive awesome menu!”

If this food was served in a fancy place, they could easily charge twice the price and no one would bat an eye. BTW I don't know what some of these people giving one star reviews are talking about. Perhaps the staff isn't standing by your table to instantly assist your every want and need, but I've never had anyone be rude or inattentive on purpose. And, it has always been easy to get their attention, but maybe I'm just easier going about things when I'm paying 10-15 for a huge bowl of tasty pho with tons of fresh veggies and good meat. Also, the place has never been dirty. Seems like some reviewers expect it to be a five star dining experience for 10 bucks. If they did get five star service, you can bet they'd complain about the price.”

“Solid barbecue chain with good ribs, sauces, and fries. Beef brisket used to be good but last time was inedible because it was at least 1/2 fat, unlike any brisket I'd ever seen. Servers are usually helpful and friendly. I like it as a kid friendly place. It's a chain, so of course it's not going to be the best barbecue you've had if you're a barbecue fan. 3.5 stars is probably more like it.”
