“Excellent job replacing heel caps on several pairs of my high heels. They even repaired a few scuffs and scrapes on the shoes. All pairs literally look brand new. Employees I spoke with at both drop off and pickup were great and very friendly. I had no idea it was a retail store as well, I thought it was only a repair shop. Very big selection of boots, will definitely be back next time I am in need of new waterproof hiking boots.”

“This place has what you need if you're into hockey, either ice or inline, and the staff is very helpful, but damn this stuff is expensive. I'm not blaming Pure Hockey, but they are the unfortunate face of this. My son plays both ice and inline, because why not, the old man only works for a living, so we've shop here for both sports. On my last visit, we needed to buy bolts for an inline wheel as we had a single busted bolt on one skate To their great credit, the staff tried to find a bolt from their work bench to give to us, but they didn't have one. So I bought a set of 8, which cost me $20. Now $20 may not seem like a lot but if I had just gone over to the local hardware store, I could have found the same bolts, there was nothing proprietary about these things, and paid maybe $4 and that would still be overpriced. Point of the story, kids sports may be the birthplace of greedflation, which is a phenomenon that started sometime between the time I was a kid and when I had kids. Sorry to drag Pure Hockey into this, they're not setting prices, but that's where we're at these days”

“I can’t believe how incredible the drinks are and they are so reasonably priced! You can tell the owner is passionate about his love of espresso and coffee. He is so genuine and thoughtful with orders. Everything I’ve had from Kairos has been delicious! Today he made me a a mystery drink based on what I told him. “WOW! Costco's Cranberry, PA is the best! Knowledgeable and super friendly! I bought 3 pairs of glasses for the cost of one pair elsewhere. They have many designer frames to choose from in all kinds of colors and styles. Jennifer the manager, Lisa from another department helped me pick the best glasses for my face. Several other awesome eyeglass employees also voted on what they liked making my experience very enjoyable. I felt like a bunch of good friends were shopping with me! They taught me how to pick the best size. I have never been told that frame sizes have numbers that are appropriate for your size face. If you are a thinner face pick 52, if wider pick 53, 54, 55, 56 and so on. Costco organizes all sizes together so you can pick the correct glasses for your face thus saving time by knowing what will actually fit. I shared with my family and friends and will be back next year when they have another sale which gave me $50.00 of each additional pair. Now with their prices I can buy glasses that corrdinate with different outfits and occasions! Eyeglasses are jewelry for your face, so have fun creating your collection. No need to settle for one pair of ordinary when Costco has EXTRAORDINARY styles for less and EXCEPTIONAL staff!”

I seeked them out based on this fact. When I questioned as to why they were not warm they had no idea the story on the website stated this.... They told me that busier locations may offer this....
