“Great shop, fantastic workers, great prices. Had an exhaust stack problem. Took my car to the Cranberry muffler shop believing that they would be able to repair the leak as it was an old car. Instead they recommended a complete stack replacement at $4K more than what the car was worth. Took the car to Dan’s and they fixed the pipe problem as part of the inspection for a fraction of what the muffler shop asked for. If you are in Cranberry, go here. They are the best. They do more than transmission.”

Its so comfy, clean, and they have coffee, and ice water/machine, mini hot meal vending, which is such a breath of fresh air compared to 4 pop choices and the same 6 kinds of chips. It's much easier to wait here vs other shops.”

“I discovered Milbert's several years ago after some bad experiences with the local retail chain shops. So far, they've proven themselves to be quite knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused. They're familiar with electric vehicles, and they handled the servicing of our 2014 Nissan Leaf's brake rotors quite well (winter of 2019-2020, I think). An issue arose with the parking brake afterward, but they were upfront about what happened (cable routing was shifted a bit during service, which decreased the applied tension) and they quickly fixed things up at no extra cost. My parents have been using them for a few years as well, with good experiences so far. The only downside to being good at what they do is that it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment on short notice. I guess they're doing something right if their problem is that they have too many customers. I had my Bolt EV inspected there earlier this month, and it was the first time I've seen their lot without any double-parked cars. I guess the pandemic eased their workload a bit, so I'd say take advantage of good service without the crazy backlog while it lasts.”
