The facility is always clean with the weights organized and the gym is never overcrowded. It allows you to get your workout in without waiting around. The owner (Sharon) is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have about health/wellness. She does 1-on-1 training if you need some assistance on reaching your goals.
