The facility is always clean with the weights organized and the gym is never overcrowded. It allows you to get your workout in without waiting around. The owner (Sharon) is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have about health/wellness. She does 1-on-1 training if you need some assistance on reaching your goals. “What can I say? She's awesome with kids! Her practice and her employees are extremely kid friendly and go out if their way to make child/children and parents happy and comfortable! They have the latest dental gadgets that make filling a cavity almost completely drug free and 100% pain free. There's no stress, children can watch movies during their chair time while they are being poked and prodded and never complain! I recommend her practice, no matter how far the drive, she's fantastic!”
