Class is flexible and we let the babies do their thing! We even get some mommy yoga in! Highly recommend the yoga gnome and yoga gnome classes as a wonderfully relaxing bonding experience.”

“It’s been a great experience doing the six weeks weigh lost challenge. While i didn’t lose very much, I did lose over five inches off my body. (Imagine if i really did take my diet more seriously) what i have gain is strength and in endurance. Everyone is wonderful and encouraging. The classes are fun and hard to do. Bill was always there to help you. He kept a careful eye on everyone. Would help modify when needed. Bill and Elizabeth are great! I have signed up for another six weeks!”
