“I can't say enough about Brandy at the Monaca, Pa store. She truly is an angel. I had my phone for many years but I was told it would become obsolete soon. I panicked I don't use this phone like normal people. I use it for a few things and don't give it to very many people. Just kinda a backup. I was terrified about making a change as I am really not technologically smart about transferring things and how to do it. When I set up the appt and went it I was astounded.
