“A friend and I went to Grill68 tonight for my birthday, and it was an EXCELLENT experience. We went early, right when they opened, and were the only ones in the restaurant. Elaine completely spoiled us, letting us taste several wines, and helping us find just what we wanted. We shared the shrimp scampi, the charred ceasar salad, the mashed potatoes, and the porterhouse. The meal was downright wonderful! Terrific flavors, excellent service, and a nice ambiance. I really love to support small, local businesses and the wonderful restaurants that are pushing out from Portland into the 'burbs, and this is one of them. Highly recommend!”

“The food is so good. We ordered online and I forgot to ask for chopsticks in my notes. I called the restaurant and the manager was busy and I was told he would call right back. Not even 2 minutes after hanging up the manager called me back, I explained that I just put in a order through their site for delivery but forgot to add something. The manager red back my order and it was everything I had place, I then asked if I could get chopsticks and he was so happy to say yes! The food was hot when we got it, the flavor is amazing and to top it off the delivery guy was super nice. The best experience for ordering here in a big city compared to where we are from and the prices were amazing as well. Definitely a place we will order through again!! Mac salad was decent, but we were not given enough teriyaki sauce to add to it. The Pancit was very delicious and unique, I highly recommend trying that. The Lumpia's were like little egg rolls. We tried the original and the banana and both were good. The spicy sauce that came with the short ribs was really good. But the ribs were a little tough and chewy. Servings were on the smaller side, and there was a lack of sauce.”

“When we were here many years ago, the restaurant was not this spacious.😲 Now it is spacious, with high ceilings and a relaxing atmosphere for a large group of people. My husband & I both had the western burger which has several toppings & a spicy bite (with a nice choice of different sides). It was truly the BEST burger we’ve had in the Portland area!! I can not remember the name of the exact burrito dish my husband ordered, but as you can see from the photos, it was beautifully plated and tasted just as good. “It is always my favorite place for fresh, delicious and hearty food. The patio is always busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings when you walk by the restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the staff is always cheerful and friendly. The variety of sandwiches, Benedicts, toast, omelets, and other egg dishes is much better than other breakfast places. I especially love the avocado toast, and there is no other restaurant that has five different kinds to choose from. “Come hungry. A full sandwich is huge, but you can get a half size on almost all menu items. My go to is the french dip, but I also go for the daily specials depending on what I am craving. The only bummer is they can run out of the special. Love the Friday special Philly cheese steak. Reubens are tasty also. The Wednesday special BBQ brisket sandwich is another stand out, the brisket is moist and melt in your mouth tender, however it could use a little more smoky flavor. Vegans.... save yourself a trip, even the potato salad oinks, this cafe specializes in meat, after all it is attached to an equally great meat market. If you are in a hurry, order ahead, especially during peak times, expect at least 15 minutes from the time you order and up to 30 minutes.”

“I give 5 stars for the staff from bartender to the cooks to the servers. This was a welcome feeling to walk in to such a small town saloon type brew pub that was hosting an unofficial High School reunion. The place was packed there was live music good food and apparently good drinks for I personally only had 2 but seemed like 4🙃. The gentleman behind the bar was as quite friendly even though he was slammed with a line at his bar for hours. Just a really good vibe here when speaking with a server who told me her regular shift was over hours ago but was staying to help out the bar and her co workers. People in this town are as friendly and down to earth. No politics here folks just a good old school Saloon type Pub.”

The Doner Kabab with fries definitely gives the biggest bang for your buck, it stuffed me and had more leftover. Their basmati rice is great, as well as their falafel! Very friendly too!”
