“We LOVE Jackson's Superstores (they are everywhere in Idaho), but this particular one has bent over backwards to help us and take care of us when an incident occurred at the gas pump. The employee took immediate action, and notified the owner who then made appropriate calls to get us back on the road! I recommend this particular store to anyone and everyone in the Hillsboro, Oregon area! Even if you're just passing through, stop at this store and say hi to the employees for us, and if the owner is here, shake his hand! Tremendously wonderful people!”

“I've just moved from California where we pump our gasoline. So it was a pleasant experience to see enough employees to handle all the vehicles that kept pulling up! I was in and out within a short time. However, the young man when he took my cards to start my transaction was too quick and asked me “regular” (for gas type) so then I had to call him back and emphasize that my car needs Premium gas! This would be a big problem for me if I had not heard him say “regular” for gas type, the engine would have started to run very poorly and I would have gone to a mechanic thinking something was majorly wrong. Just an observation from my experience that I wanted to share.”
