I was with them for 8 years, and they never cared about my issues let alone fixed their ATM! Switching to PNC was so easy, and their employees are very helpful. Their checking/savings accounts are so much easier to access, and I like the options they provide for bill pay, it makes budgeting so much easier. They also allow you to opt out of overdraft fees which is nice. BoA charged them like it was fun and you had no option of declining pending payments. Takes a lot of stress off my shoulders.
