Specifically I worked with a gentleman named Randy, who is super knowledgeable and kind. He was able to answer my questions and even direct me towards a better solution and outcome than I had originally intended. This despite the fact that this outcome wouldn't necessarily benefit him or compensate him for his time. You don't find people or businesses that are people centric all that often so I really want to spotlight what a great experience I had working with Randy. He was able to help me and direct me in a time of need with great care and compassion. “I have been with state farm for 10yrs (+ -). I love this place in particular, due to getting reminders. They have always treated me well, I only had different place (still state farm) when I moved to vegas for a few years. When I came back I switched back to Jeff. I get a call for my payment, I have auto pay but sometimes I don't have enough funds and it skips. They call and remind me (not very often does it happen, but I love the fact that they won't let my insurance laps). In Nevada they fine you if it happens.”
