“Cuddos to the staff!!! Have always used Clemens on Marine Drive for my service work, yet due to marine tech shortages, all service work is going to Oregon City location. I planned on leaving my boat for the typical week and to my surprise, they had it done in 4 hours. Won't list all they did, but it was extensive and I wasn't expecting it back the same day. “We came looking for a new family car, and we walked away with a great deal and a wonderful new car. The sale's person Daniel was very helpful, let us drive it on our own, made sure we had gas, an even sent us video of the inside outside, started the car, made sure we were able to have limited questions when we drove from Roseburg 180 miles one way. We felt the deal was good, and we even got a 6 month warranty that covers everything that was wrapped up in the price.. The office space was great for kids and adults. It has a bathroom, toys for kids to play with, cold water. Our kids loved playing Coco Daniel's dog he was very easy with the kids. The over all experience was great 5 stars all around, we felt good with our purchase, and was treated with respect and no pushing what so ever. Thank you Daniel for helping us out we are excited for our new vehicle.”

“Our experience with Somerset Assisted Living has been excellent. All throughout my mom’s residency there these past years, the staff at every level has been so thoughtful, so caring and overall just exceptional. Now as my mom is nearing end of life on home hospice, that thoughtful, caring, and exceptional situation has just put my good-will towards this place and the people there over the top and more than I can convey in an online recommendation. I feel so strongly about this recommendation that I am taking the time to write it now even at this sensitive and hectic time. We had experience with other places previously and for us there was just no comparison to Somerset. The management is excellent, the nursing and med staff are excellent, the support staff and kitchen are excellent. For those new to assisted living and looking for a really nice and worry-free place, you will want to consider Somerset. Keep in mind (as we learned), that the first month/s at any place you go will be an adjustment time for you or your loved one (or in my case family) to adjust to the new life and routines of assisted living in general, just as the staff there will need time to adjust to you and your routines. There will be times of frustration for you or your loved one as they settle in wherever you go, but once a routine is established and you get to know the staff it will become a god-send! The quality of the nursing and meds staff will be very important and here is another area where Somerset is a god-send. Lastly, but definitely not least, in fact maybe near the top, would be the quality of the food, the chef and the kitchen staff and not to sound like a broken record but here too Somerset was a god-send for us. A last thing that makes Somerset excel above the competition for us is the fact that they are a large facility so have the scale offer a wide variety of activities, services and importantly friendships….but unlike some of the other places we had experience with, though large, Somerset is not as rigidly corporate, but flexible when appropriate which is often at just the times that flexibility is appreciated most!”

“I have bought or leased a lot of new cars in the past 6 years. My needs and wants change often so I am always looking at the idea of getting a new car. For years i drove electric cars and would use the dealerships free charging station quite often. 5 stars for that. I have been in a number of times to look at cars and check for deals. Most of the time I have been blown off in the past but found them more willing to help now. I was referred by Megan in parts as well as one of their former techs to stop by and check them out again because I was looking at getting rid of my fiat that I had bought new just 2 months earlier. They offered what 2 other dealership had for my car but the number was 2500 less than what carmax had offered so I sold the car to carmax. I went in looking for something that had a great discount and the got me a jetta s with the manual that was priced better than anyone else could do so I took it even though it was my least favorite color. I worked with Gordon and he came down on his day off to finish the deal. The sales manager was wonderful as well but he did seem a little shocked when I stopped in the next day to set up my detail. I can be a hand full to deal with in regards to cars so I think he thought I was returning it. Lol. On the day I picked up my car i was in and out of there really quickly. That was a huge concern of mine because I had my 2 kids with me. To sum things up i feel like i was well taken care of and got the very best new car i could get for my humble budget. Thank you!”
