“I’m probably the biggest skeptic out there and I’ve tried everything short of physical surgery. Nothing I’ve done over the years has worked ( I suffer from arthritis in all my lower joints ).....till THIS! After 1 session with Anna ( hope I spelled it correctly, I just love her to pieces she’s an awesome lady!), The inches I lost made my jaw drop! I wanted to cry, I felt so much better plus my lower back pain has been dramatically reduced. I cannot thank you enough for what you’re doing for me! “I’m a CrossFit athlete and have been in the sport for 5 years. I have frequent muscle soreness and sometimes a very stiff neck from an older injury (not CrossFit related). I met Jeff years ago and after my first massage, I never went anywhere else. He is constantly doing research and improving his practice. If you have a question, he can answer it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gives great recommendations and stretches to do at home to help prevent injury or to help relieve pain in certain areas. If you have aches and pains and need relief, I can guarantee you this is the place for you. You won’t want to go anywhere else after you’ve been here. Plus, the place is immaculate and incredibly nice. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

“My appointment was at 9 am. But I had to be there 60 minutes early. And get through registration. Which was not told to me when I was given my appointment time. So when they called me back in the room 20 minutes after what I thought was my appointment time, I was told I was 15 minutes late and that there was a possibility I would not be send in the future if I did not show up on time. So, please, fully inform people of their appointment times on contract- a full 75 minutes earlier than the actual time to see the doctor- so they don’t get chastised.”
