Dr. Lau and his wonderful staff are the very BEST! Last July I was involved in a no-fault car accident and sustained head, neck, shoulder and lower back injuries. I wouldn't go to ANYONE but Dr Lau. He helped me years ago and I knew he would get me through this challenging time. He was patient, caring, kind, professional (love the white dr. jacket :) made me laugh with his funny humor, and had a very listening ear the times I broke down and cried due to so much pain and stress. I felt like FAMILY and not just a number. Jessica and Gigi at the front desk are the SWEETEST EVER and genuinely are very caring. I am now doing great! Dr. Lau is very knowledgeable and caring he always listens to my concerns and gives me good stretching suggestions. the receptionists are very friendly and are even able to keep their comments on my good looks to a minimum lol. I always leave feeling better.
