“Been seeing him for a couple years, since he left Allcare I tried just staying there, my insurance covered it so I figured why not? I hated it. I was already spoiled to the way blackstad did things. So I left Allcare and went to his new office in Broken Arrow. Which is even a further drive for me. I also have to pay $150 each month instead of my $20 copay I was paying at the new Allcare. If that don't tell you how much better I think he is then im not sure what will. You're the man Dr Blackstad. John Ingram”

“We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Emerson & his office staff. At my oldest’s consultation he advised us that his teeth were great and there was a little cosmetic adjustments that could be made, but otherwise he was good and did not need braces. My youngest son did need braces and we are going through that process now. They have been extremely helpful and understanding at all appts and when he has broken brackets and wires. Dr. Emerson assured him it was just part of the process until he gets the heavier wires in and the brackets get a good seal. They always work him in and we greatly appreciate it. Dr. Emerson and his staff cares about his patients and it shows!”

“Forest Hills staff is amazing, patient, and welcoming. I would say about 90% of them care for the residents and actually interact with them individually. Some even go out of their way or take time out of their busy schedule to stop say hi, and ask them how their day is going. Wendy, the activities director always has something fun planned for them to do and she is always thinking of other things to add to the calendar. Marsha(?), the director over housekeeping, laundry, and cafeteria is amazing as well. She makes sure that everything is cleaned correctly and will also take time to help find your family members missing clothes. The can’s and cam’s are so patient with my mom even when she gives them a hard time and work with her when she is having a bad day. They always let me know what she has been doing, etc. The landscaping around the gazebo and courtyard need some major work but that’s not a thing I would think about when choosing a place. Just an observation. All in all, the residents seem very happy and socialize a lot which is great to see.”

“Dr. Auschwitz and his team are amazing. My husband was in so much pain and they got him to the office quickly, Doctor was able to see what was going on and did surgery to correct it. the care he received before and after surgery has been great. They are a tram that will listen to what you are telling them and finding out the problem to help you. Thank you to Dr. Auschwitch and his team my husband is on his way to being free of that aweful pain. If you have ever felt like no one listened and you was talking to a brick wall, this staff will change your thoughts..”

During the pandemic, her dementia worsened, and we realized she could no longer live at home. Kari, the director of Brookdale Broken Arrow, and her team guided my family through this emotional and difficult transition at a very unsettling time. The Brookdale Broken Arrow team creates a warm and caring community for both the residents and their families. The staff has provided me support as I try to understand, make sense of and cope with the pain experienced as you witness the decline of a loved one. “I went through Drive Thru this morning. The young lady was very kind, sweet and upbeat! Made my day, as I drove away. I had went there, straight from the doctor (a 2 minute drive) and I’d forgotten it generally takes more than 2 minutes to fill a prescription. We got my new insurance updated and I went to Braums for breakfast while waiting for the prescription to be filled. After about 19 minutes, I received a text that my prescriptions were ready. I finished up my Braums California Chipotle Breakfast Burrito (with guacamole) and headed back to Walgreens. The same delightful young lady was there, and remembered my name! But, alas I’d forgotten her name (along with my own). Thank you for your cheerfulness, it is more healing than the medication I purchased.”

“Many of you who are reading these reviews are faced with one of the hardest decisions you will ever make in your lifetime. I, too, had to make the decision of placing my elderly father's care and well-being in the hands of total strangers. In the past, I had passed over Senior Suites because of all the horrible reviews. However, at the beginning of this year I decided to take a personal tour. I was met with a very friendly face and was allowed to see the entire facility. Yes, the facility needed a little TLC, but I was able to look through that and see that the facility is clean and most importantly l witnessed first hand how caring and compassionate the staff is. Since then, renovations have started and many improvements are being made daily. My dad has been living at Senior Suites since April and his quality of life has improved immensely. Were there concerns when we first got there? Yes, but everyone at Senior Suites has an open-door policy. Jenny is always up front to greet you with a welcoming smile and point you in the right direction to find whoever you need to see. Kim and Julie (the Directors of Nursing) take healthcare very seriously and address any medical needs in a timely manner. Occupational and physical therapy is provided onsite. Thanks to Olivia, there is always something fun going on. And let me tell you about the food - it's not only nutritious, it is delicious. Kudos to Johnny the chef and his staff for creating a family atmosphere in the dining room. I can honestly say that my dad is thriving since moving to Senior Suites. I live close by and am able to visit very frequently. In my opinion, the residents are happy and well cared for with respect and love.”
