She took the time to explain every step that she was performing, and why they take the time to do that step, even specifics about what they’re looking for and why. She was thorough, focused, kind, and just plain awesome! Dr Pfeifer was great too. He took the time to talk with me and ask something more personal than how my mouth feels and any concerns with my teeth. Because of previous experiences I had nightmares the night before seeing this new dentist. But the entire time I was in their office, I felt comfortable and even relaxed by the end of the appointment. Every time I’ve had a cleaning, my mouth has hurt for the rest of the day. No pain today!!”
