“Medical care was excellent when I was finally able to get onto a stretcher. I had a confirmed reservation to be seen at a specific time. One half hour after the confirmed time I asked about the delay and was told by an uncaring person that I would be called. A half hour later I was still waiting and when I complained I was told that sicker people get priority. When I commented that I was never asked how ill I was I was told that the information is taken when you are inside. Totally ridiculous. Check in gets a 1 rating medical treatment a 5 rating.”

“Not sure of what’s happening for this location to get so many bad reviews. The hours are clearly posted and at 7:30 until 8:00 pm, the employee is entitled to a lunch break and so they close the location for 30 minutes. They are most likely the only person working the counter and if they help you before they go on break and someone happens to walk in when your just getting finished, then they too are going to expect the same level of service that you just received. So it could be never-ending. I had this same scenario last night but in reverse. I had 15 certified mailings that needed to go out. Being courteous I let one person go ahead of me. Then another walks through the door just as the clerk was about to start with my pile of envelopes, and I say go ahead I’ll wait. Then another person with an outbound package. At one point the clerk insist that I go ahead and take care of my mailings because the trend could continue until they shut the doors.”
