“No matter the time, morning or night the employees are 97% of the time AMAZING. BUT, believe it or not, they are actually human too and omg have bad days from time to time...which in all honesty, barely affects their attitude towards the customers. They have great food that is always hot and fresh. When you get a breakfast sandwich or a burger, you can break your teeth trying to eat it cause they sat in a warmer all day, unlike other places. They sell these veggie cups that my raccoon LOVES, and the veggies are always fresh as well. They have clean restrooms, and beverage island is always clean and well stocked. If by chance it's not, all you have to do is say something and the cashiers are right on it as long as they are free of customers. They have a wide variety of things to choose from and their prices are not retarded gas station high. It's my favorite gas station around and their employees are the BEST!!!!”

The next day we noticed a couple things so we called & they asked us to take it over, we did. Dropped it off yesterday to be worked on today, he called and said everything is good as of now but keeping it a couple more hours to make sure it’s all fixed! We are previous buyers as well, if we heard something wrong with the vehicle they would look it it. “Recently while driving in fog and rain from Central Illinois to Ohio my car was waylaid by a "monster" pothole in Indiana on I-80/90 eastbound between the 125 & 130 mile markers. The tire monitor system showed 0 psi on the left front and average pressures on the other 3. I managed to nurse the car at 45 mph some 60 miles to the OH toll gate where the attendant kindly parked me safely and called for a flatbed tow. The driver John, from Hutch's Towing advised me that he'd take me to a motel where I needed to arrange to replace the LF tire the next day. I called Hutch's dispatch for a second tow to Best One Tire in Bryan per John's advice and Daisy F. began to search for a new tire when my car arrived that afternoon. John from Hutch's brought me and my car to Best One Tire of Bryan that afternoon. However he noticed (in the daylight) that there was a "bulge" on my LR tire and the staff at Best One offered no hope that tire would make it to Cleveland w/o failure. Daisy dug into my situation and, once she found the correct size of the Pirellis (we'd mistook the series as a "40" instead of a "45" in the dark and fog) she found 2 new OEM correct tires and set up a mid-afternoon install once the distributor delivered the new tires. My daughter-in-law drove to Bryan from my son's home in Waterville where I spent the night with family and back next day before Best One Tire closed at 5 p.m. I made it home without further incident but vow not to drive the Indiana toll road without daylight! I hit 2 other potholes after the "monster" one so I'm not a fan of Indiana's highway maintenance. Needless to say this was a harrowing experience but once Best One Tire & Service was helping things got back to "normal". I'm very grateful for their knowledge and customer accommodation so that I didn't need to risk taking any unwise chances.”

“I couldn't be happier. I will say I was a little hesitant taking my motorcycle there to be fixed because of some bad reviews, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Soles. Everyone in the store was nice and helpful and they kept me informed every step of the way with the problems and progress of my bike. It was fixed fast and wasn't near as pricey as most places. I highly recommend them for any on or off road needs, and they will not refuse you because you didnt buy from them or have an older ride like every other place i tried. They are great people and I will do business with them in the future.”

“I just got a 2007 Dodge Caravan from here on Dec 3, 2020. The 2 guys working here are great. They were telling me they opened in 1981. This means they were around 30 back then and probably had In The Air Tonight playing on the radio in those days (that song came out in 1981). So these guys have been right here in the same place for 40 years next year. This was also my 1st time ever in Ohio. My van drove home great and is still driving great. It has around 180k miles on it which is nothing. In 2012, I fell in LOVE with older model dodge caravans. My first one I had 2012 to 2016 and got to 400k miles. It could have went to 500k or 600k but I forgot I'm not 16 and started racing some guys in a newer sports car. They won and I spun my rod. I should not have done that. I have gotten other caravans and a town and country to 300k, 260k, 368k. Maybe this van I got from here is the one that will beat my all time record of 400k miles on 1 vehicle. I will go ANYWHERE in America or Canada to get an older model (2003 to 2007) Dodge Caravan. I LOVE them! So nice and roomy, any mechanic can fix them, their engines go HUNDREDS of thousands of miles! These guys had everything ready to go with the the van when I got there. Even the gas tank was half full. I love going to small family-owned places....be it a car dealer or a restaurant.”
