You need a place where you can get repairs, where you can talk to the community and get service. Sure, are they going to sell something for pennies on the dollar like online, no but you are paying for their experience, expertise, customer service and standing behind their product. I am considering an Electric assist-bike for myself and my wife and I can tell you when we do buy one, this is where we will buy one, not Amazon. As their sign says, Amazon can't/won't fix your bike.”
