“Definitely been upgraded by the new owners as far as looks go. My daughter lives there, so I'm there quite often. Most people are friendly, but you know you always have them few that need their own commune to live in... The new management trying to implement changes (I've talked to other residents along with my daughter) that are not on the lease, such as daily late fees and new ordinances, leaves alot to be desired... Also from some of them she could be alot more friendly. But my visits are always awesome, seeing my family and a couple friends that live there....”

“Haven't been here for 30 years. WOW. Big improvement with the great deck, expansion and rejuvenation inside. They even added outside bar and stage out back. Food was good, prices reasonable and our waitress was really attentive to us. Everyone seemed friendly and took care of us. Great experience and improved on some old memories, lol.”
