Well I have lived out here now for 5 years the manager is always courtesy and willing to help and Sam he works his butt off I think he needs to raise a little bit I'd give it a 10
Nice and quiet place. It's family friendly.
Definitely been upgraded by the new owners as far as looks go. My daughter lives there, so I'm there quite often. Most people are friendly, but you know you always have them few that need their own commune to live in... The new management trying to implement changes (I've talked to other residents along with my daughter) that are not on the lease, such as daily late fees and new ordinances, leaves alot to be desired... Also from some of them she could be alot more friendly. But my visits are always awesome, seeing my family and a couple friends that live there....
