You may have to to wait as they are made to order from limited hand picked staff. Be patient. A family business very well connected to massive Ford community. Worth the wait....Several body shops have mounted my parts and especially happy w 64 65 comet parts. Not only is she professional, but ever more so she was extremely caring and compassionate with my mother. She was able to set my mom at ease and tell her she does not have bed bugs. “This location has improved in the past three months. I used to avoid going here because it was a mess and it used to take a long time to get thru the check-out line. It's still a little messy but not like before when they were leaving big box carts in the middle of the aisles, and they've hired more people so the check-out process is quicker now. “In short, we've used them multiple times, will use again, and would recommend! Our company has purchased filters from FiltersUSA multiple times for our rooftop units. Website is straight forward, filters come packaged well, prices are right, etc. When I've called with questions, they've either answered or, if I've left a message, they actually call back! Having excellent customer service is awesome to find these days with a quality product to match. Due to covid, my recent order was quite delayed due to supply of raw materials. My only gripe is that I was no proactively informed of the delay. As much as I feel like there should have been communication regarding that, I take it with a grain of salt and chalk it up as growing pains of a company trying to muddle their way through covid, just like we all do in our everyday lives through this time.
