“I am somewhat disappointed ! My husband was arriving by ambulance from the hospital after a hip surgery. He arrived at 2:30 pmish on a Friday. He needed a trapeze above his bed but the maintenance staff ( one man) only works from 7-3, m-f. We have been told that this apparatus will not be installed till Monday. This leaves him struggling to get in/out of bed and just repositioning. I also carried a RX to them from the hospital for his pain meds. At 7pm when he asked for them he was told that the pharmacy was out and would have to drop ship them. He got them at 1:30 in the morning! They were able to give him Tylenol but that isn’t much help when you have a 12” slice on your hip. Overall, so far, Day 3, the facility is clean, the food is adequate and the care has been good towards him. I did hear some conversations between staff and staff/ resident that I am unhappy with and will be reporting. This is an update... after the initial period of displeasure we were satisfied with their service.”
