“I wanted so bad to go to the award night, but I couldn't make it. So I called and I got ahold of a very nice gentleman that said , no problem, even offered to bring out the award to us (twice). But I felt like he had already been so kind and done so much, so I went there. He was just so nice (and in a real way, not because he had too) so nice to see these days. I am so HAPPY with it all, from Nick who made sure I got my award to the gentleman that took the video. Its was just so special. It takes all the ingredients to bake a great cake, And Nick was my cakes sugar, A kind sweet man, and everyone else that works for Kettering to make the best City of Kettering! “The City of Kettering is an excellent place to live; it is the largest suburb of Dayton and is a great place to raise a family. There are plenty of amenities, shopping, and things to do, and because it borders Dayton, Centerville, Beavercreek, and Miami Township one has access to many more shopping centers and entertainment. There are also lots of parks with some of them having been updated recently, the most prominent being Lincoln Park which is very clean and excellently maintained. My grandma has lived in Kettering for over 40 years and she has been very pleased and satisfied with their government and outstanding police force. The city also has an excellent fire division with 4 brand new state-of-the-art fire departments, 2 completed and 2 under construction. I highly recommend Kettering if you are moving to the Dayton area, it is a great city and you will not be disappointed!”

“Moved two months ago and the Post Office screwed up my forwarding. Bill go my new home was mailed to my old address and return to MCW as undeliverable. Shut off notice was mailed to the old address and was not forwarded. Today my water was shut off and I was informed that it would not be turned back on until my bill was paid which included a $50 trip charge and a late fee. When I contacted MCW and explained the situation they credited the trip charge and late fee and after I paid the bill water was turned back on 45 minutes later. That is true customer service!!!
